Blvckbook started as a founder's personal frustration with existing booking tools and grew into a full two-sided marketplace app. I led product design from early discovery through to App Store launch: mapping user journeys for both sides of the marketplace, running interviews and usability tests, and iterating the UI across a 12-month build.
